Gegrilde Tonijn steaks gemarineerd in groene thee met citroen en Paksoi
Ingrediënten
4 tonijn steaks
2 zakjes groene thee met citroen
3 el olijfolie
zeezout
peper
Doe de olijfolie in een schaal, snijd de theezakjes open (hak eventueel de thee nog wat fijner) meng de thee met de olie en leg de steaks in de olie laat deze ongeveer twee uren marineren.
2 struik(en) paksoi
2 el sesamzaadjes
4 el Roerbakolie
1 bos lente-uitjes, in schuine ringetjes
2 el sweet chilli saus
3 el soja saus.
Snijd de paksoi in mooi gelijke stukjes. Verhit de roerbakolie in een wok doe de paksoi
erin voeg daarna de sesamzaadjes toe en de lente-ui. Wok het geheel tot de paksoi mooi beetgaar is voeg daarna de soja saus en de sweet chilli saus toe.
Haal de tonijnsteaks uit de olie, zorg dat ze niet te vet zijn van de olie. Grill nu de tonijnsteaks in ongeveer vijf minuten om en om. Zouten en peperen. Serveer dit met de gewokte paksoi.
